Privacy
No sign-in, no forms, no database. We hold nothing about you on our side.
What we don't collect
Your name, email address or phone number, because nothing on the site asks for them. There are no accounts.
What is kept in your browser
Your browser saves a random code, so we can tell a repeat visit from a new one. With it we can see roughly which town or city you are in, and what kind of phone or computer you used. We cannot see who you are. Clearing your browsing data removes the code.
The map does not remember where you left it. Every visit opens on the whole country.
Location
The map only asks where you are if you tap "use my location". The coordinates move the map and nothing else. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Analytics
Two events are recorded: a page being viewed, and a case being opened. That is the whole list.
Services we use
We don't sell or share anything. These are the only outside services involved:
- Cloudflare — runs the site and keeps it online. Every visit goes through them, and like any website host they keep a basic record of it.
- Mixpanel — the two analytics events above. Stored in the EU, as New Zealand isn't an available region.
